Empty slots and expiry dates An empty slot doesn't sell. Neither does an expired product.

Repónlo flags which machine is running empty and which lots expire in the next 30 days.

The problem

You find out when it's too late.

Without telemetry, the machine doesn't tell you. And what can't be seen from outside is discovered when you open the door.

The slot has been at zero for days

You see it when you open the machine. Meanwhile, that gap hasn't sold a thing.

The customer finds the expired product

Or you pull it yourself, when nothing can be done with it any more.

The nearest case goes out

In the warehouse people take what's at the front, not what expires first.

How Repónlo solves it

You know before you leave, not when you open the door.

  1. You see which machine is due

Upcoming visits point to the machine that is running low or has empty slots, so it isn't left waiting.

  2. Every lot carries its date

When you record a purchase you enter the expiry date. Repónlo shows you what expires in the next 30 days, and where it is.

  3. What expires first goes out first

When you load, the app draws from the lot with the nearest date and leaves out what has already expired.

Where the numbers come from

A forecast, not a sensor.

Nobody looks inside the machine for you. Repónlo estimates from what you write down on each visit.

  • Fill level is estimated from what you left on the last visit and the sales rate of each slot.
  • The rate needs two visits. Until a machine's second restock there is no forecast for it.
  • Expiry dates come from the dates you enter. A lot without a date gives no warning.
  • A summary every morning, if you want. By email or Telegram: visits, expiry dates and products below the minimum.

An example

The next visits, on a Tuesday morning.

Repónlo estimates how each machine stands from what you left and what each slot sells. By default it warns you when occupancy is about to drop below 60% or there are three empty slots.

Made-up example. Both thresholds, 60% and three slots, can be changed in Settings.

Questions

Before you try it.

Do I need a barcode scanner for the lots?

No. Your phone's camera reads the barcodes on products and cases.

Does it work if my machines have no telemetry?

Yes, that is exactly what it is designed for. Everything comes from what you count and load at each restock.

Can I change when it warns me?

Yes. In Settings you choose the occupancy below which a machine is due and how many empty slots are too many.

Do I have to record the expiry date of every unit?

No: that of each lot, when you book in the purchase. A lot with no date does not warn you.

How much does it cost?

One machine is free forever, no card. If you run more, there are plans from €19 a month (VAT not included), with every feature and no commitment.
