Load list for vending Back to the warehouse again for two cases?

Repónlo builds your load list before you leave: how many units of each product the machines you visit today need.

Load list in Repónlo: eleven products and ninety-two units to take from the warehouse for the day's machines

The problem

Loading by eye is expensive.

If you run a few machines, the list of what to load usually lives in your head. It works until it stops working.

Half the van comes back unopened

You load “just in case” and drive cases around all day that nobody needed today.

You run out of exactly what sells most

You reach the third machine and your best seller stayed in the warehouse.

Only you know the list

The day someone else restocks, they go out blind.

How Repónlo solves it

The list ready before you set off.

  1. You pick the day's machines

Tick the ones you are going to visit. If you are not sure where to start, upcoming visits point to the one that is running low or has empty slots.

  2. The list tells you what to take

How many units of each product to take from the warehouse, adding up what each slot in those machines is missing.

  3. Share it or print it

Send it by message to whoever loads the van, or carry it on your phone. When you restock, what you put in the machine is deducted from the warehouse.

Where the numbers come from

No telemetry: it comes from your own visits.

Repónlo does not connect to the machine. It works with what you write down at each restock.

  • The capacity of each slot. You set it once, or import it from your sheet.
  • What was left and what you added on the last visit to the machine.
  • The sales rate of each slot. You need to have visited the machine twice to have it. Until then, the list starts from what you left at the last restock.

An example

The gym machine, on Thursday.

You restocked it on Monday. For Thursday, Repónlo subtracts what each slot will have sold at its own rate and tells you how much to load to leave it full.

Made-up example. What will be left is rounded down: better to take one can too many than to fall short. The list adds this up across all the machines you visit that day.

Questions

Before you try it.

Do I have to add all my products by hand?

No. You import your sheet, in Excel or CSV: products, and also what goes in each slot of each machine, with its price and capacity. And with your phone's camera you scan a product's barcode to add it.

Does it work if someone else restocks one day?

Yes. You invite your team by email and each person signs in with their own account and the permission you give them: restocking, managing or view only.

Does it tell me how many cases to take?

Yes. If you enter how many units each case holds, the list gives it to you in cases and loose units, and warns you if there is not enough in the warehouse.

What if part of the load is already in the van?

If you keep the van stock in Repónlo, the list subtracts what is already on board and only asks for what is missing.

How much does it cost?

One machine is free forever, no card. If you run more, there are plans from €19 a month (VAT not included), with every feature and no commitment.
